Can you open GO for ______?
Please leave a request under our CC! We mainly open GO for THE BOYZ and X1 members but we are willing to take in other groups too.
How do you calculate first and second payment?
First payment: price of goods + bank/ paypal fees + domestic shipping
Second payment: EMS (+ domestic shipping)
Why do you have MOQ?
Without MOQ, second payment will be VERY expensive. However, if MOQ is not met, we will DM buyers if they are still willing to proceed.
We will proceed if the price is still the same/ cheaper even though MOQ is not met.
How much is the second payment?
We are not able to estimate the second payment because it depends on the weight of the goods.
I submitted the form and paid already but I did not receive any confirmation email.
We no longer send confirmation emails. The copy of your response sent by Google Form = confirmation email. If you did not receive that, please DM us.
I missed the deadline. Can I still order?
Please DM me. You can still order if I have yet to submit payment.
I am not from Singapore, can I order from you?
Yes! Please DM us to discuss the necessary details.
I don't want to get the goods anymore, can I get a refund?
No. Once payment is made there will be no refunds unless the site refund us/ MOQ is not met/ unable to secure stocks.
When will you forward the goods at your kadd?
We will try to forward every 2 weeks!

What are the collection methods?

Mailing fees + mailing supplies
How often do you mail?
We try to mail every 2 weeks.
I have not selected any meetup slot but the form is closed.
Meetup form may close early if there are overwhelming responses.
I ordered a few goods from you. Can I wait till all the goods arrive before collecting?
Yes. However, please take note of the collection deadlines.
I cannot make it for any of the meetups, can you extend the deadline?
We will not extend deadlines unless there is a valid reason. We highly recommend you to opt for postage if you are unable to come for meetups.
